Return Policy
Bill Mitchell Products manufactures parts to meet QS 9000 specifications. In addition, all our parts go through several inspection procedures before shipping. However, YOU ARE THE FINAL INSPECTOR. Please note: Inspect all parts thoroughly before doing any machine work or assembly. Once machine work or any modification has been done, the part can not be returned or exchanged. If any defects are found or suspected, please call Bill Mitchell Products before proceeding. BMP will replace or repair at our discretion, upon inspection any defective part which has not been modified or misused within 90 days of the INVOICE purchase date.
